Appointment Setter

We are looking for someone to make outbound calls to warm leads to set appointments at our natural health clinic. Would ideally suit a stay-at-home parent looking to work around home commitments. As is an at-home role, it can be based anywhere in Australia.

The Business

We are a natural health clinic operating in Melbourne and have completed over 50,000 patient visits. We help our patients regain their health again using 100% natural medicine including herbs and acupuncture. We are a tight-knit team working in a positive and uplifting work environment.

The Role

We are looking for someone to join our team as a contractor to carry out the critical role of setting appointments.

• Make around 100 outbound calls per day (approx. 4 hours/day)

• To warm leads provided to you (people who have asked for more information about our services) NO COLD CALLING

• You’ll be calling lead enquiries and past patients for follow ups

• Training will be provided

The Person

• Experienced and highly skillful in outbound sales calls (we are looking for someone skilled in selling, dealing with objections and setting appointments)

• Passionate and gets things done

• You must have highly proficient English and verbal skills

• Skilled in using CRM software like Active Campaign

• Would suit someone with a background in outbound sales calls or a professional sales role

• Cloud-based phone system to make and control all calls

Job Type: Subcontract

Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
