Position : Senior Injection Molding Process Technician
Location : Plymouth, Michigan (Onsite)
Duration : Fulltime / Permanent

Job Title-

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (2- or 4) year Mechanical degree

Skill key word:

• Operate plastic injection molding machines ,
• Mold installation and start-up,
• Ability to learn and comprehend basic tool construction, Injection Mold Tool Setting ,
• Knowledge of plastic materials and process parameters for injection molding.,
• Certified Overhead Crane Operator. Experience with end of arm tooling (EOAT) set-up.,
• Experience with hand tools and torque wrenches, Mechanical and electrical aptitude (instrumentation, pneumatics, hydraulics).,
• Strength and ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.,
• Ability to learn and comprehend Microsoft Office applications,
• Strong communication skills, including technically with various departments.
• Physical Demands – Normal amount of standing;
• Ability to work at a computer workstation;
• Ability to bend, twist, lift, reach.
• Required to carry out job duties and responsibilities in a work environment that may include, but is not limited to, varying levels of noise and/or temperature.
• Ability to lift max. 50lbs periodically.
