Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Nurse Recruiter performs recruitment for specific positions of internal and external candidates and guides managers through the recruitment process. Resources candidates and works with advertising on innovative ways to attract talent. to meet employment objectives by formulating and implementing long and short-term goals and strategies.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience
- Minimum one year with recruitment, interviewing and hiring processes, preferably with agency staffing experience.
