This position is responsible for driving key initiatives across Professional Tools relative to talent review systems and processes, training and development, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Based in our Elyria, Ohio location, you will join a highly collaborative team that executes our People Strategy and delivers HR services to our global organization.

AS A TALENT & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, YOU WILL:

• Serve as a strategic business partner to own the talent acquisition process across Professional Tools, playing a critical role in the development of recruitment strategies in partnership with the centralized Talent Acquisition team.
• Utilize data analytics to take a lead role in talent development processes globally, including organization goal setting, performance appraisal, talent review, and succession and development planning processes.
• Take a lead role in the development and roll-out of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Consult and collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to identify, recommend, and implement scalable talent solutions that drive engagement and retention.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of development and training programs from needs assessment through to evaluation.
• Provide leadership coaching on all talent management activities.
• Establish and lead initiatives that support the organization’s values, philosophy, and culture.
• Operate as an HR Business Partner on special projects.

Flexible Work Schedule – Core Hours:

You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am – 3:00pm. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers. Ability to travel between 5% – 10% for the position.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or talent management professional, with a strong background in organizational development and talent acquisition; experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives is preferred
• Strong Human Resources Business Partner acumen and internal consulting skills
• Proficient in leading cross-functional teams, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, and drive change
• Ability to deliver innovative talent management solutions that drive business results
• Demonstrated proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel between 5% – 10% for the position
