Job Summary:

Emerald EMS is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter who is a collaborative team player to join our HR Team. The ideal candidate has experience sourcing a wide range of roles both exempt and non-exempt. As a member of this team, the Senior Corporate Recruiter will define and execute sourcing strategies necessary to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool. While partnering with Site HR and the Hiring Manager to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, you will lead the effort to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates.

In addition to daily recruitment responsibilities, you will develop and implementing best practices to support talent attraction strategies, assessment and interviewing as well creating an excellent candidate and manager experience throughout the recruitment life cycle. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to help build a highly successful recruitment function across multiple US locations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage full cycle recruiting processes for all US Emerald locations. This will include sourcing, intake meetings, resume review, phone screens, structured interviews, reference checks and delivering offers.
• Provide a first-class experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Implement Talent Assessment practices to ensure job seekers have relevant knowledge, skills and experience and desire to be part of Emerald’s growing businesses.
• Develop deep understanding of the business and people to ensure you are finding top talent for open positions.
• Ensure applicant tracking and record keeping for both federal and state is compliant.
• Create s, dashboards and KPI’s to track progress across our sites.
• Partner with Corporate Marketing to build strategic candidate attraction campaigns by way of company website, social media, print collateral, trade shows and more.
• Take lead on Linkedin, Glassdoor and all other branding outlets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or other related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Min of 5 years’ experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles in manufacturing industries.
• Must have strong employment law knowledge.
• Prior ATS experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers and desire for strong customer service.
• Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position.
• Successfully demonstrated experience in setting a talent strategy for difficult to fill roles
• Strong candidate assessment skills
• Experience participating in Community Outreach; demonstrated success building diverse applicant pipelines.
• Motivated by candidate experience.
• Ability to partner with leadership at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Sharp business acumen and political savvy.
• Will to travel up to 20%.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
