Job Summary:

Coordinates the purchasing of raw materials and production supplies. Also responsible for the quality, quantity, and cost of raw materials to ensure compliance to company standards and budgets.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare purchase orders to be provided to suppliers and internal departments
• Regularly analyze & determine if inventoryquantities are sufficient for production needs and customer emergencies
• Ensure inventory accuracy through monitoring and ing effective cycle counts performed by warehouse.
• Work with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, s, and price lists.
• Working closely with the Purchasing Manager, suppliers, scheduling, maintaining cost-effective inventory control for all materials regularly

Experience Required:

• At least two years of recent purchasing experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge with ERP systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
