Emerald Beach Villa is Looking for Summer Student Full Time

START DATE : IMMEDIATLEY

Wage: $20/hr. plus a bonus

Emerald Beach Villas (EBV) is a private gated 5-acre facility in pristine Lake Country. It is a family orientated 47 door townhouse / condo complex on the South shores of Wood Lake. EBV has very high ownership occupancy and pride of ownership is evident.

Duties to include:

– Execution of general facility maintenance (Grass cutting, landscape maintenance, beach grooming, washing of facility, some painting, dock cleaning, common area upkeep and other general facility maintenance)

– Seasonal pool and hot tub maintenance. (May 15 – Oct 15) (Training to be provided)

– Occasional enforcement of strata rules and bylaws, ensuring the enjoyment of all owners and occupants.

-Employee will report to the senior building manager

Skill Requirements:

– Self-guided and proactive time management

– Strong attention to detail

– Excellent communication skills

– Criminal Background check required

Hours:

Flexible employment hours, (40 hours a week until Sept 1 with reduced hours until October)

Position ends after Thanksgiving weekend. (Some flexibility and reduced hours).

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
