Energetic, Enthusiastic and reliable Technical Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will respond to calls and emails from contracted customers who need assistance. All of our Technical Customer Service Representatives are trained to understand the full suite of our offerings so that they can provide our customers with excellent service. Candidate will possess sense of urgency, be reliable, organized, communicate clearly.

Position is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of remote engineer, field engineer, parts & customer for completion of computer repair. Ensuring customer is kept up to date with accurate communication & documentation in our ticketing system. Must be available to work during EST times.

Essential Job Functions:

· Process incoming tickets and direct to appropriate resources

· Use time management skills to manage customers & meet commitments.

· Documents customer interactions, transactions & job requirements.

· Provide prompt, professional customer support.

· Follow client work protocols & processes as directed.

· Route field representatives effectively & efficiently.

· Accurate Data Entry

· Uses company technology platforms and various industry portals as directed.

· Supports management and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· A basic technical understanding of computer systems (What’s a hard drive (Solid State vs Traditional), What’s a Power Supply and what purpose it serves, How Remote Desktop works and more…)

· Superior phone etiquette.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Superior customer care and organizational skills.

· Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.

· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, & Outlook.

· Self-motivated and independent worker.

· Ability to work effectively and comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

· Positive and professional demeanor

· Ability to manage multiple service simultaneously

· Experience with PO’s & vendor relationships

· 3 Professional references with contact information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
