Do you enjoy combining creativity with data to deliver communications that resonate? Are you confident using insight and segmentation to turn interest into action? This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in how we engage and convert prospective learners at a world leading educational institution, with roots dating back to 1873.
At University of Cambridge Professional and Continuing Education (PACE), our mission is to make lifelong learning accessible to all. We deliver a diverse portfolio of University of Cambridge courses across a wide range of disciplines. Our work focuses on widening participation and ensuring learning is accessible to adults at every stage of life.
The Role
As our Email Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a strategic, data-driven email communications programme across PACE. You’ll be part of the collaborative External Engagement Division, working across marketing, student recruitment and admissions, and alumni engagement to ensure our communications are timely, relevant, and effective.
This role is pivotal to our success. You’ll have real ownership of the email function, with the opportunity to shape how we use email to engage and convert prospective learners. It’s a chance to make a tangible impact – using data, creativity, and insight to drive performance and continuously improve how we communicate.
You’ll take ownership of planning, building, and analysing email campaigns that support the full student journey – from initial enquiry through to application, enrolment, and beyond. Working closely with colleagues and CRM specialists, you’ll use segmentation and automation to deliver personalised, high-performing campaigns.
