CSR Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Computer Operations
• Excellent Typing Skills
• Team player who is self-motivated
• Excellent verbal/written communication and phone skills
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask with interruptions
• Organization and punctuality are essential

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with day-to-day workflow to ensure continued office functionality.
• Assist with Online Research.
• Email and Phone communication with advertising clients will require a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude.
• Email and Phone communication for any outstanding invoices.
• Utilize CRM platforms and online technology to guide customers through the purchasing process.
• 60-70% of the job is spent on the phone.
