Office Assistant Details :

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ to $ / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 04 : 30pm)
• Using excel and creating spreadsheets as well as using Microsoft Office
• Answering inbound calls
• Using Quickbooks
• Invoicing, filing, and purchasing

Office Assistant Qualifications :

• 3 years experience with using excel and creating spreadsheets
• Experience as an Office Professional 3-5 years
• Experience using word
• Experience with answering inbound calls
• Quickbooks 1 year experience
• Experience with invoicing and purchasing 3 years
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
