Medical Office Assistant Details :

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
• Answer phones and greet customers in person
• Medical insurance billing and data entry
• Assist with inventory and check in delivered orders
• Other office duties as assigned

Medical Office Assistant Qualifications :

• Minimum 1-2 years medical billing experience is required
• Highly proficient with Quick Books desktop version is required
• Excellent customer service skills and being respectful of others
• Attention to detail and enjoys working within a team environment
• Non-smoker required
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
• A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
