Mechanical Design Engineer Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 /annually
• Salaried (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Main responsibilities: Create and fabricate equipment ready for production in the packing industry

• Use latest 3D CAD software to create new equipment
• Increase machine capabilities with the latest robotics and automation technology
• Assist clients and project managers to design line layouts and process flows that are efficient

Mechanical Design Engineer Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree in Engineering or related field required
• 3+ years of work experience with heavy equipment machinery design
• Skilled with pneumatics/hydraulics, AC/DC powertrain design, and servo-controlled actuator design
• Highly proficient with 2D AutoCAD and 3D design software such as Autodesk Inventor

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
