Eltham College Hiring for HR Assistant at London Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR assistant to take on an additional role within the HR team.

We are looking for an additional HR Assistant to support the HR Manager in providing operational HR services to the school and its subsidiaries across a variety of HR disciplines. Our ideal candidate has an organised and systematic approach, an eye for detail and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

About Eltham College

Eltham College is a thriving, co-educational independent day school for students aged 7 to 18, comprising a separate Junior School and three divisions (Lower, Middle and Sixth Form) in the Senior School.

Over the past few years, the school has grown considerably; there are just over 800 students in the Senior School and around 260 pupils in the Junior School. Girls have been part of Sixth Form life for over 45 years and from 2020 were able to join from Years 3 and 7, where they account for between a third and half of the intake. We will be fully co-educational by 2024.
