Lead our Global Talent Acquisition Team

About the Role
As our Head of Talent Acquisition you will have ownership for developing and implementing strategic recruiting operations and global initiatives. You will partner with our Business, HR and TA leaders to optimize our recruitment infrastructure and deliver on recruiting metrics across our business. You will be responsible for continual improvements and transformations by delivering, high-quality optimal recruitment solutions aligned our business needs.
Responsibilities
Designing global recruitment strategies, programs and innovations that deliver impact, value and shape operational excellence across our Talent Acquisition function
Managing all our regional and global TA performance metrics, SLAs and KPI’s to identify improvements and future initiatives
Utilizing reporting, analytics and leading data-driven insights to recommended solutions to our Business and HR leaderships
Providing subject matter expertise to our business on candidate and hiring manager experience, employment brand awareness and recruitment delivery capability
Ensuring our recruitment processes and policies are checked and updated to be compliant with laws and regulations
Manage our Talent Acquisition budgeting and financials in partnership with Finance to ensure value and return on investments
Promoting our organization as a diverse, attractive, inclusive and stimulating place to work through ensuring best-practice in talent acquisition
Requirements
Have solid experience in providing recruitment operational and strategic leadership for global teams in high-volume sales and complex technical environments
Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build relationships with stakeholders and teams across the business
Demonstrate a collaborative approach to coordinating, negotiating and decision-making across all levels of leadership and cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment
Show an in-depth knowledge of the key aspects of recruiting, developing and leading global recruitment teams
Have experience in delivering change, processes and initiatives that cross organizational lines and geographies
Show experience in leading and implementing clear performance measures (SLAs and KPIs)
Have excellent financial acumen and experience of managing a global recruitment budget
Have a results-driven leadership style and the ability to drive innovation through developing and mobilizing recruitment strategies
