The Role:

• Jobpac software
• Tendering – compilation of scopes, issuing of tenders via RedHub, chasing subcontractors, vetting quotations and allowed for scopes
• Procurement tasks – sending out minor scopes, chasing pricing
• Ordering of sundries – stationary, amenities equipment
• Subcontractor claim walks and reviews
• Payment schedule compilation
• Running our ‘Master Budget Schedule’
• Cost forecasting
• Data entry
• Concrete and reo tracking
• Meeting minutes
• Chasing subcontractors for ITPs
• Document control – issuing drawings to subcontractors and making sure the stick is current
• Pre-completion documentation – chasing subcontractors for as-builts, certs, manuals
• Issuing RFI’s & chasing their resolution
• General admin tasks
• Will work across a variety of our Residential Projects including growth in the Development arm of the Business

Required/Preferred Experience:

• Jobpac experience
• Some experience as a Jr. CA
• Ability to work full time in a fast-paced environment
• Tertiary degree in construction project management
• Good interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication
