About the opportunity…

As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll craft and execute a dynamic paid media strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Your responsibilities include budget allocation, forecasting, channel mix optimization, SEO enhancement, precise targeting, compelling messaging, and rigorous measurement.

You’ll take the helm of channel management and optimization, focusing primarily on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Through experimentation and continuous learning, you’ll refine our approach across channels, creative elements, conversion rate optimization, and bid adjustments.

Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with the brand and communications teams to leverage insights and benchmark s for achieving marketing objectives. Partnership with the Sales Development Manager, sales operations, and analytics teams ensures seamless integration, high conversion rates, and exceptional prospect experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing or related field.
• B2B SaaS experience selling into mid-market.
• Expert knowledge of digital ad technologies including DSPs, ad servers, pixel tracking, ad ops, attribution, campaign set up and tracking.
• Experience creating and managing dashboards in business intelligence platforms – Looker/Power BI.
• Problem solver with a positive attitude, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment – start-up/agency experience is valuable.
