What’s the job?

Our company is looking to hire a technical sourcer to help scale our product. The sourcer will work alongside our COO, Hardy Farrow, to build up our recruiting database. The sourcer will lead our efforts to find new candidates and source them into our platform.

What are we looking for?

• Attention to Detail. A great candidate will fret over the little things and be obsessed with being accurate.

• Willingness to do the hard things. A great candidate will be willing to roll up their sleeves and do tedious work like data entry in order to elevate the company.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written). A great candidate will be able to communicate clearly and concisely.

• Strong Locus of Control. There are a million reasons why things fail. We are looking for someone who constantly tries to figure out how to make things work even when it seems impossible.

What qualifications do you need?

• 1+ years of experience sourcing software engineers.

• Experience working with startups and fast-paced atmospheres.

• Bachelors Degree.

What exactly will you be doing?

• Find engineers. You will be tasked with finding engineers on public job platforms that meet certain parameters (company, university, job skills).

• Data Entry. You will be entering data for the engineers you find in our database. We are looking to enter at least 2,500 candidates by the end of September.

Compensation/Hours/Location

We will pay you $40 a hour for 30 hours a week of work. You will be on a 1-month renewable contract.

The start date will be immediate.

If things goes well, we are open to increasing pay and bringing you on full-time.
