About the opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and commercial person, who is motivated to hire top talent and advance our brand within EMEA and APAC regions whilst being apart of the global TA team.

Developing recruitment strategies to align with the larger business goals by driving the full life cycle recruitment process from qualifying positions, talent identification – both active and passive candidates, ATS tasks, utilising behavioural interview tools and driving employer branding campaigns to attract top talent in the market.

Where you will make an impact

• Providing technical recruiting support to our EMEA and APAC markets across the company/organization.
• Developing innovative & actionable sourcing strategies that yield a consistent flow of qualified talent in targeted areas of focus
• Delivering a world-class candidate experience by setting appropriate expectations, consistently following up with status updates through multiple communication channels, and genuinely trying to act in the best interest of the candidate.
• Work towards becoming indispensable to your Hiring Managers by taking a proactive; consultative approach to understanding their business needs, providing insights & guidance on current market conditions, and consistently delivering the needed talent to elevate & grow our teams.

What you will bring

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience in a fast paced, full lifecycle role
• Demonstrated success of consistently producing results in a high-volume recruiting environment (agency or corporate)
• You are a natural networker who’s comfortable interfacing with candidates and stakeholders of all levels
• Understand how to leverage social media to grow your network & develop/maintain relationships
• Committed to delivering a transparent, timely, & responsive experience to both candidates and stakeholders
• You are competitive & driven yet a strong team player who proactively shares their knowledge and expertise
• Highly influential; with a keen ability to anticipate and diagnose pain points for both stakeholders/candidates and provide solutions/recommendations to foster win-win outcomes
