Elle Seller is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately enter customer information and orders into the system.
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and technologies.
