Ella bay Logistics is seeking an individual with relevant experience and skills to join our team of transportation and logistics professionals. The candidate must possess strong communication and multi-tasking skills to assist in daily workflow. Providing excellent customer service is essential in the position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage loads in progress for on time pick-up and delivery
- Utilize our technology (Mcleod Software) to track and schedule loads
- Intensive use of phone and emails
- Work closely with drivers and customers and assist them as problems arise
- Scheduling Pickup and Delivery appointments
- Initiating Claims
- Assume additional duties and responsibilities as needed
