POSITION REQUIREMENTS

ERCC is seeking a Receptionist / Switchboard Operator to serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, and to provide supplemental clerical support for Administration.

Requirements include:

 Ability to operate Switchboard console

 Ability to work with confidential information

 Good clerical and office equipment skills

 Computer skills required

 Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

 Good verbal and written communication skills

 Good people skills

 Work all shifts as needed, weekends, holidays

 Various Shifts Monday – Sunday

 Vacation, Sick, and Holiday relief as needed
