POSITION REQUIREMENTS

ERCC is seeking a Dietary Aide / Dietary Cook to work in Restaurant-Style Dining as a Dietary Aide primarily and also as a Cook when needed. The position is full-time, primary shift 6a – 2p, every other weekend, other shifts as needed. Requirements include:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Experience in Restaurant-Style Dining

· Knowledge of special diets preferred

· Ability to read, write, speak, and follow written and oral instructions
