Job Description : As an Office Assistant at Elite Maintenance and Tree Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing and organizing paperwork related to landscaping construction and maintenance projects
• Answering phone calls, taking messages, and addressing client inquiries
• Coordinating schedules for landscaping and tree care crews, as well as client appointments
• Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
• Ordering and managing inventory of landscaping and tree care supplies
• Providing general administrative support to the office and field teams

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration are a plus
• Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role, preferably in the landscaping industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Bilingual Spanish / English is a plus

Compensation :

• This position pays $18-$22 per hour DOE
