Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist / Recruiting / On Site Supervisor

As a Recruiter within the Light Industrial Industry you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.

Your expertise in recruitment within the Manufacturing sector will allow you to be very successful in this role!

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition : Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for various Manufacturing roles like Machine Operators, Forklift Drivers and Pick / Packers to name a few.

Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit for our manufacturing needs.

Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with hiring manager to understand specific project requirements and provide recruitment support tailored to these needs.

Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational standards, maintaining meticulous records of the recruitment process.

Candidate Management : Provide a positive candidate experience, manage communications, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding.

Onboarding : successfully process all new hire paperwork.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Previous Supervisory experience
• Excellent networking and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment job boards and HR systems

Bilingual a plus
