HR Assistant/Bilingual On Site Recruiter/Human Resource Supervisor

Now hiring for an On Site Manager to work 1st shift for an opening in Salt Lake City, UT. This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your management and customer service skills. Job Duties:

Recruit new employees for general labor and skilled positions

Handle injury s

Review Staffing s to ensure accuracy for payroll

Handle disciplinary action when needed

Track and submit staffing s on a weekly basis

Liaison between client and staffing company working at the client site.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Light Industrial staffing or HR preferred

Good communication skills both verbally and writing to communicate with all levels of management and Elite Staffing employees

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience with Microsoft office

1st shift, 8:30am-5:30pm

$50,000.00-$55,000.00 DOE
