Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist / Recruiting

As a Recruiter within our theme park construction division, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to build world-class attractions.

Your expertise in recruitment within the construction sector will allow to be very successful in this role!

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition : Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for various construction roles, including carpenters, engineers, architects, project managers, and specialized construction workers.

Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit for our unique construction needs.

Networking and Relationship Building : Develop a strong network within the construction and theme park industries to source potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.

Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with hiring manager to understand specific project requirements and provide recruitment support tailored to these needs.

Market Insight : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in theme park construction to inform recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding : Enhance and promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the theme park construction industry.

Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational standards, maintaining meticulous records of the recruitment process.

Candidate Management : Provide a positive candidate experience, manage communications, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding.

Onboarding : successfully process all paperwork including non-disclosure agreements

Requirements :

• Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in construction or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the construction sector, with knowledge of theme park industry being a significant advantage.
• Excellent networking and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment job boards and HR systems

Bilingual a plus
