Seeking Certified Personal Trainer

Part time and full time available

Starting Pay: $25-$35 (DOE)

Job Overview:

At Elite Spartans, we strongly believe that health is wealth. We value the importance of physical fitness above all, as it contributes greatly to stress relief, strong immune systems, and a sense of balance in your life. Not to mention, we want our clients to look and feel great about themselves!

We are a private training facility, by appointment only, and we offer both boot camp and Personal Training. We currently have one primary location in the heart of Silicon Valley: San Jose, CA!

We are looking to grow our awesome team with a new team member who embraces the value of health as wealth and works well with others. We are seeking a personal trainer who wants to start by teaching boot camp in the morning and/or evening. We are currently offering part-time and full-time opportunities with the potential to grow with the company and make more income and add health benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Bring the ENERGY and charisma to teaching boot camp classes no matter what time of day. It is critical that you can do this.
• Create and track customized workout sessions for recurring clients (only 1:1 personal training, not classes)
• Sales are NOT required, but is available as an option to earn extra money/commission

• Exercises consistently and represents the fitness industry, exemplifying the objectives and values of the profession and the organization
• Morning shift (available Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM- 1:00 PM) OR
• Evening shift (available Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM-1:00 PM)

• We cover 20% of any continuing education for full time employees (after 3 months of being with the company)
