Salary:£ 25,000 – £ 29,000 depending on experience

Hours of Work:37.5 per week

Job Duties;

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Revise companypolicies

Counselling on policies and procedures

Support Management on disciplinary and grievance issues

• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g.turnover rates)
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Assist with recruitment process
• Complete screening and vetting process for NI and ROI
• Assist with on – boarding and exit process

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

Essential Criteria

• Proven work experience as an HR Officer,or relevant role
• Experience with HR software.
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Knowledge of labour laws
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

Desirable Criteria

CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)

Previous experience in a similar organisation

Strong background in developing talent

Skills to work with a wide range of employees

Hours of Work: 9-5 Monday to Friday. Flexibility also offered
