Elite Medical Education Ltd Hiring for HR Assistant and Rota Co-ordinator at Kingston upon Thames Full Time

FULLY REMOTE HR ASSISTANT ROLE FOR E-LEARNING COMPANY – £20,000 per annum

Elite Medics is an online teaching company that delivers online lessons in Biology, Chemistry, Math & Physics to ************* students on a monthly basis in the U.K.

We have over 100 teachers on the team. This job will be full-time, work from home/remote working. The successful employee will be part of our HR, rota-coordination and recruitment team. We are looking for:

1. A personable individual with good people-skills. The individual will be responsible at holding interviews for potential teachers online and they must give off a trusting impression. In addition, they must be engaging and excitable about the company when conducting interviews.

2. A person who is intuitive. The individual must be able to make decisions about teachers (i.e who to give an offer to) and control the overall rota by finding/communicating with spare teachers to plug-in rota gaps. As such, they must be able to problem solve and find solutions quickly.

3. A person with experience with Microsoft Live Events, Excel and ideally an interactive learning platform we use, called Slido. All our classes are taught on Microsoft Live events and the classes use Slido, so you will be responsible for inducting successful teachers onto these platforms.

4. Rota co-ordination is the largest part of this role. The applicant should be able to accurately update the live rota with any changes and make sure that staff absences etc. are filled from our pool of teachers and moderators.

The annual salary will be £20,000. All work is remote and only a computer and good internet connection is needed. Official start date will be in September 2022. There will be an initial paid probation period of three months when we will assess the suitability of the candidate for the role.
