Elite M.D. Developments is Looking for General Contractor Full Time

Elite Developments is seeking an experienced General Contractor to join their team and serve as the primary responsible party for managing all aspects of low and high rise real estate development projects. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the principles of real estate development.

This individual must have experience with the day-to-day management of residential construction projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. They must have the ability to coordinate with subcontractors, city authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The General Contractor will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the project, including developing and implementing quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with local and state building codes, providing cost estimates and monitoring budget compliance, and handling any potential disputes or claims.

They must have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to stay organized and perform in high pressure situations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
