Elite Insurance Partners Hiring for SEO Content Strategist Full Time

Elite Insurance Partners, one of the leading Medicare Insurance Brokerage in the nation, is looking to add another SEO Content Strategist/Writer to our SEO team. This role is ideal for someone with junior-level search engine optimization experience and a strong writing portfolio. You will be creating content for our main landing page: www.medicarefaq.com. By crafting this high-quality, SEO-optimized content, EIP can increase our share of our industry’s search engine results pie. This translates to an increased number of leads and policies.

SEO Content Strategist Primary Responsibilities:

• Write new and update existing web content for our multiple Medicare education resource brands, ensuring accuracy, keyword optimization, and proper spelling/grammar/composition. Web content primarily consists of articles but also includes video scripts and infographic/micrographic copy
• Research relevant topics while analyzing the credibility of sources
• Perform keyword research using SEMrush and Ahrefs to optimize new and existing content
• Use Surfer SEO to achieve optimal keyword density percentage in all articles
• Complete various copywriting assignments for Elite Insurance Partners’ various brands across a variety of marketing materials
• Become a subject matter expert on Medicare (we provide a Medicare 101 training course)
• Consistently meet brand editorial, tone, and voice standards

SEO Content Strategist Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English writing, or related field from an accredited college or university
• 1-2 years of experience in content writing/editing and/or search engine optimization roles
• Understanding of SEO content/copywriting best practices
• Experience with SEO keyword research tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs
• WordPress and basic HTML knowledge/experience is also a plus
• Insurance industry experience desired, Medicare experience ideal
• Willingness to learn and become a subject matter expert on Medicare
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and reliable professional who consistently delivers high-quality work on time and can stay on-task and adhere to a schedule while working remotely
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to work during normal operating hours, Monday – Friday Eastern Time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
