CSR/DRIVER COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

CSR/DRIVER Schedule:

· Monday-Friday

· 8am-5pm

CSR/DRIVER Job Duties:

· Assist customers by phone and in person at our facility

· Help customers get the industrial parts they need

· Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.

· Deliver parts and equipment to customers

· Interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs, research, and recommend parts

· Meet / exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction

· Provide quotes

· Take orders

· Provide post order service

· Physically measure specs on a wide variety of parts

CSR/DRIVER qualifications for the role include:

· 1+ yr proven customer service or inside sales experience.

· Mechanical and mathematical aptitude

· High school diploma or equivalent – bonus points if you have a picture of it ready to send!

· Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar

· Multi-tasking, problem solving, attention to detail, accuracy, sense of urgency, sense of humor

· Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly

· Strong computer skills, particularly Excel

· Valid driver’s license
