Elite Education and Employment (EEE) is a recruitment and marketing agency whose main focus is to provide a catered educational experience to every individual. We are always on a lookout for raw talent and expertise. But now we are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Student Support Officer to be placed immediately.
The Administrative Assistant/Student Support Officer is responsible for supporting well-being of students at the institute. The role contributes to the institute’s mission and goals by assisting students who encounter difficulties in their study and providing personalized support to improve student experiences and educational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
· Be the first point of contact for students, staff or visitors to EEE;
· Attend to phone or in-person reception inquiries, records and pass messages accurately;
· Monitor student welfare and well-being through review of records (attendance, academic results, etc)
· Provide confidential and sensitive counseling for students as required;
· Contribute to the development and maintenance of a culture of care and a safe environment for all students;
· Work collegially in a team environment;
· Arrange meeting room, appointments if required;
· Maintain a record of student contacts and consultations, action agreements;
· Support the Academic Manager in all duties related to student well-being;
· Filing, reporting, fees collection, maintain students inquiries in friendly and proficient manner.
· Comply with the institute’s policies including matters related to Occupational Health and Safety and Equal Opportunity;
· Other duties as required by the Department Manager.
Administrative Duties:

· Data Entry/Record Keeping
· Answering and routing phone calls
· Managing social media
· Greeting visitors
Essential Criteria:
· Undergraduate/postgraduate qualification
· Demonstrated experience and success in providing personal support services in an educational context;
· Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service;
· Commitment to principles of diversity and inclusion and experience working with culturally diverse customers;
· Ability to work in a team.
