Elite Core is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound email, chats, and phone calls
• Processing inbound PO’s into our sales portal
• Answering basic customer questions
• Sending out simple quotes to customers
• Developing strong, ongoing relationships with customers

Required Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask well
• Strong attention to detail
• Learn new processes and procedures quickly

Experience is preferred, but not required.
