We are looking for a Content and Social Media Specialist to join our talented team in a part-time/contractor role. If you are ambitious, independent, innovative, and a mastermind at content creation, then we want to hear from you! 

The Role 

• Create and execute content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn to engage with the client’s audiences and elevate their brand identity.
• Working closely with clients to immerse yourself in their brand, what makes them unique, and how to showcase their personality and values to create impactful content. 
• Researching and monitoring the latest social media trends and strategies, and applying this to client social channels.
• Skillfully managing multiple social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts. 
• Creating high-quality organic social content to improve client online presence, engagement and conversions. 
• Investigate and co-ordinate User Generated Content (UGC) for client social media platforms. 
• Analysing and ing social engagement to understand what works best, and communicating this with clients. 

About You:

• 2 or more years of demonstrated experience as a content specialist or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok algorithms and their evolving features. 
• A creative mind with a strong passion for creating and developing original content.
• Experience with creating and running campaigns on Meta Business Suite is attractive. 
• Confident with client communication and building strong relationships.
• Skilled with capturing video and photo content for social channels. 
• Strong ability for analysing performance data on all social platforms – the driver for finding future growth opportunities.
• High level of organisation skills in time and task management.
• Experience with creative design using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for creative copy. 
• A degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications is great, but your skills and enthusiasm matter most.
