We continue to build our capacity as we expand our programs to more districts.THE ROLEAs a Talent Aquisition Coordinator, you will generate, interview, onboard, and retain quality coaches in your region.
This role works within the Field Operations department directly ing to the Talent Acquisition Manager.Responsibilities : Recruit qualified candidates to staff Elevo programs in your regionConduct post-interview evaluationsFaciliate and conduct candidate interviews via phone, Google Meet and / or ZoomCreate a great experience for all candidates by maintaining relationships and communicating regularlyResponsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in CRM (Hubspot)Post and manage positions through various job boards and social mediaCommunity outreach including but not limited to contacting local college / University personnel and referral campaignsSuccessfully meet recruitment deadlines for multiple hiring campaignsCommunicate with Hiring Managers to deliver status updates and ensure knowledge of hiring needs and recruitment targetsCollaborate with our onboarding team to move candidates into hired status and ensure all onboarding processes and procedures are being followed in a timely mannerPOSITION REQUIREMENTSRequirements : Minimum of 2 years experience in talent acquisitionExperience in customer service with the ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of managementProficient in Google WorkspaceTravel for in-person recruitment events, meetings, and trainings throughout Fresno County, Tulare County, & Kern County regularly required.
Occasional travel throughout the state of California (approximately 2-3 times per year).Preferred : Experience with high volume recruitmentExperience managing CRM systemsSkills, Knowledge, & Traits : Professional written and verbal communicationStrong organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsAdvanced analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skillsThoroughly understand the organization’s goals, mission, and plansThe target annual base pay range for this position is $40,000 – $62,000.
Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
