Origination / Development Manager

Location: Toulouse, France

My client is a global renewable energy IPP / Developer with an excellent pipeline in France. They are looking for an experienced Origination / Development manager based in Toulouse. This mandate is down to the growth of the region and the ever growing need for renewable energy

Role Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for a portfolio of large projects consisting of ground or floating power plants, agrivoltaic, photovoltaic projects
• Lead all steps from first steps of development (pas origination) to the ready-to-build phase
• Project design and authorisation, local consultation with municipal or inter-communal councils, framing the project with all the influential players in the area to obtain authorisations: State services, local authorities, local associations, consulting and external service providers
• Responsible for the economic security of the project: financial modelling, proposals, tenders or negotiation and origination

Key Qualifications:

• 5 years of higher education in urban planning, environment or engineering
• Technical knowledge in electrical and civil engineering
• Experience in the field of project development, if possible in renewable energy
