7-Eleven is immediately hiring a Food Center Manager!
Responsible for the Food Center in the daily operations of a production’s food facility, to ensure timely supply of the product to stores. Maintaining food safety standards with provincial regulations and company policies and to ensure cost effective operations of the Food Center.

Qualifications
This position requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations. It also requires the ability to communicate clearly with all levels of employees from store level staff to market and division management. Must be able to write and verbalize responses to situations to ensure information is understood. Strong interpersonal skills are required along with basic mathematical skills and the ability to analyze and interpret financial s. The job requires automobile travel daily and may include airline and overnight travel depending on geographic area.
Understanding of HACCP and GFSI certification is an asset.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is an asset.
INNOVATION:
Expected to offer suggestions on procedures or other areas that would improve the efficiency and production of the Food Center.
DECISION MAKING/PROBLEM SOLVING/IMPACT:
Decisions and problem resolutions involve the support General manager of the Food Center.
CONTACTS:
Internal Contacts – All Food Center employees, Category Managers, Store Managers, Marketing Department, Accounting and Payroll Departments.
External Contacts – Vendors/Suppliers.
MANAGEMENT/PLANNING:
Supervise Food center administration, production, warehouse and driver positions.
