This role involves supporting the Merchandise team with month end financial activities, coordinating budgeting and forecasting and working cross functionally with project teams to develop robust financial assumptions and provide insight into business performance.

We need you to

• Be a true partner to our business by providing commercial and financial expertise
• Support month end activities to ensure accurate monthly results
• Co-ordinate budget and forecasting
• Work cross-functionally with project teams to develop robust financial assumptions
• Providing insight and driving business outcomes

What’s in your toolkit

• Ideally you have some exposure within a retail environment with sound commercial thinking
• Ability to identify financial opportunities and risks demonstrated through critical thinking and translating into succinct and concise analysis to enable decisive actions
• Strong communication and influencing skills; being able to build collaborative an effective relationship across the business.
• Analytical curiosity and great business and commercial drive to find creative solutions to business and process challenges
