About the role:

Our business process analyst will support the development and delivery of Enterprise Process Optimisation, with a key focus on our Integrated S&OP business planning framework.

Homed within our Enterprise Change & Process Optimisation Chapter, this role will be embedded in strategic programs in our Product Tribe, focused on developing the capabilities needed to meet our 2030 Ambition of 1 billion Customer Moments.

The Process Analyst is needed to enable transformation of process that have enterprise impacts, through process analytics, discovery, procedure writing and process mapping.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience in end-to-end process modelling, analysis and mapping
• Skilled in workshop facilitation to engage impacted stakeholders to help understand current state process and map future state process against tech and people requirements
• Has an empathetic approach to develop an understanding of the impact of process change to stakeholders, and effectively manages their expectations
• Take a best practice approach to process optimisation, while working to build an understanding of enterprise culture and context, and how this impacts adoption of process change
• Ability to run multiple process projects and apply strong process optimisation
• Experience in creating or building a process framework within an organisation
• A genuine self-starter with the ability to influence for quality outcomes
• a strong understanding of process mapping tools and methodologies (Visio, Aris, BPMN, Six sigma etc)
