Elevator Repair Service Hiring for Dispatcher/Customer Service at Houston, TX Full Time

We are currently looking to fill an entry level position as a dispatcher for our service department. The intent is to find a person that wants learn the elevator industry from the ground up. This position does have growth opportunity.

Key candidate will be self motivated with a positive mental attitude. Additional skills include good communicator, team player, good time management skills, organized approach to task completion, computer proficiency (Microsoft and internal software) and abilities related to traditional dispatcher. Existing staff is in place to provide training on key job role, systems and best practices.

Position Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and dispatching calls to appropriate party. Includes use of computer ticket dispatching, time tickets and related.
• Scheduling of service, repair and additional staff to optimize completion of tickets in an efficient and timely manner.
• Using existing system to track status of elevators and completion of Service Activities.
• Work with field technicians and office staff to accomplish goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.67 – $18.87 per hour
