We are looking for a highly organized Senior Accountant to manage all Financial Accounts and strategic financial planning for the company.

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with different departments a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

(QuickBooks Online Is A Must)

Position Benefits:

Requirements:

• Maintaining general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple companies
• Prepare financial statement and financial statement packages, including for equity partners
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Analyze expense accounts and prepare accruals
• Completing the monthly and year-end financial close process for multiple companies
• Maintaining vendors and performing accounts payable functions
• Preparing and maintaining a cash management report
• Prepare and input journal entries
• Develop processes for improved efficiency
• QuickBooks Online Accounting (MUST)

• Payables and Receivables
• Must be well Versed in Excel
• Trustworthy with large amounts of money.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiencies in the overall finance function.
