A Technician is responsible for all aspects of delivering our service offerings, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, house washing, roof washing, glass scratch removal and commercial & industrial washing.

A Technician will be provided with project details and then travel to the client’s building in a company vehicle. Upon arrival, the Technician will introduce himself/herself to the client and review the project particulars. A Technician will work autonomously, solve on-site project problems, and have attention to detail. A Technician will take charge and complete tasks effectively and efficiently, such as doing a set number of passes over wood siding to complete the wash and minimizing ladder movements. A Technician will continuously communicate with the General Manager to outline how the project is progressing. All materials and equipment are provided.

The hours for the position are Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm, with the opportunity to occasionally work part-time on weekends if there are strict client deadlines.

● Experience isn’t required but is an asset, all training will be included.
● Washing of windows, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and pressure washing.
● Work is 99% outdoors in local residential neighbourhoods working in a crew of 1 to 2 people.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
