Position Overview

Elevate Textiles is looking for a Presentation & Digital Content Administrative Assistant to join its Information Services team, based out of its global headquarters in Charlotte, NC. The position reports to the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for supporting the digital presentation and ad hoc project needs across the Shared Services areas including finance, information services, legal, procurement, human resources, sales and health & safety.

The Presentation & Digital Content Administrative Assistant will be utilized on a routine and ad hoc basis for processing meeting materials, developing presentations, organizing and maintaining digital data, taking minutes during meetings and assisting with project management. The position requires effective collaboration, communication, proactivity and timely accessibility to successfully support across the Shared Services teams.

Primary Responsibilities
· Support the preparation and maintenance of presentation materials for the shared services and sales teams
· Roll forward and coordinate the preparation of routine monthly meeting materials
· Summarize meeting minutes and follow-up actions from routine monthly meetings
· Ensure the Company’s electronic documents are maintained and organized
· Maintain all of the company’s organizational charts (coordinated with legal and HR)
· Assist with ad hoc digital needs to support Shared Services areas.
· Use discretion, judgement and knowledge of organization to coordinate executive activities and communications; uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Minimum Qualifications
· Extensive experience supporting executive management in a corporate environment
· Proficient in collaboration using electronic communication/collaboration tools
· Extensive experience developing best in class digital presentations
· Advanced skills using Microsoft Office’s suite of products, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Editor
· Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
· Proven multi-tasking and time management capabilities
· Highly organized and proactive
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
