What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver and manage processes that are repeatable and scalable for curriculum product development and execution
• Create and execute comprehensive content management and creation plan for multiple courses and subjects
• Management of projects and process methodologies. Need to handle complex processes to streamline, innovate and improve department needs
• Manage team of remote and in-office content experts
• Ensure optimal delivery processes around content and instructional resources
• Ensure adherence to academic team deadlines and budget in the area of delivery of new and existing programs
• Bring standardization across all content platforms for multiple states
• Optimize and automate data collection and data driven decision making in academic operations as it relates to student outcomes and performance
• Ensure team adheres to operating budgets

Who You Are

• Possess a driving passion to bring joy and success to students as they learn
• Excited to combine technology with a traditional curriculum education background
• A Bachelor’s degree required, a Master’s degree a plus
• Minimum 5 years of academic operations or curriculum development experience
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Strong academic curriculum, process and operations knowledge
• Proficiency in project/product management, time planning and people management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong organization skills
• Experience in EdTech a huge plus!
• Must be able to work out of our downtown Chicago office 1-2 days per week
