Responsible for receiving calls and responds to inquiries and requests for assistance.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Identifies problem, troubleshoots, and provides advice to assist callers.
• Understands the company’s structure and how to direct the calls to the appropriate area.
• Support inbound call volume that will be coming to telesales team throughout Open Enrollment.

Requirements:

• Requires a High School diploma or GED; 3+ years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required.
• Outgoing personality and comfortable handling outbound and inbound call volume.

Additional Details:

• Roles are 100% remote – candidates can be from any state in the US.
• We cannot confirm in advance the exact hours that each contractor will have during the interview process.
• Contractors will be expected to work an 8 hour shift within the hours of 8am – 10pm EST, Monday through Friday & should be flexible on those shifts as they can & will change over time.
• Being flexible to the hours of operation and flexible to the daily responsibilities and tasks of this position is very important.
