Account Service Coordinator

Location: Flex 1 schedule; 0-3 times per month onsite; Must work East Coast hours

The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for Pharmacy Medicaid Operations. Partners with Pharmacy Medicaid Account team, Health Plans, and Government Business teams to ensure operational excellence in meeting State contractual requirements.

How you will make an impact:

• Interprets and supports plan benefit design.
• Be acclimated to Plan designs, benefits, clinical set-up, operational details, as well as processes of the various accounts
• Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
• Makes routine account visits and leads virtual trainings
• Works with multiple departments to ensure member needs are met for more complex issues; this includes claim processing, customer service, and account management. Other departments that one will interface with will include IT, analytics, membership, benefits
• Runs pharmacy s and provides an analysis to assist with projects implementations (i.e., for example, claims review during project go-lives)
• Advanced ing and excel use
• Assist with ad-hoc s or requests from our State partner or Health Plan

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Travel may be required.

Preferred Capabilities, Skills, and Experiences:

• C-PHT (certified pharmacy tech) Preferred
• Prior PBM, pharmacy retail, or pharmacy account management experience preferred
• PBM claims experience/processing a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Medicaid knowledge/experience preferred

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $62,600 to $90,144

Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
