The Impact you will have:
To manage/lead the recruitment and on/off boarding process for all divisions within ELEMIS to attract, retain and develop talent whilst maintaining compliance to employment legislation and best practice and promoting diversity and inclusion. You will be responsible for the development of attraction strategies (including social, job boards and networking), the employee value proposition, careers website and the end-to-end candidate experience. You will also provide market intelligence to drive key talent outcomes.
You will act as the recruitment champion and specialist, creating a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates and new employees.
The role requires a high level of confidentiality, efficiency, effectiveness, creativity, accuracy and organisation, all to be conducted in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
