The Impact you will have:

To manage/lead the recruitment and on/off boarding process for all divisions within ELEMIS to attract, retain and develop talent whilst maintaining compliance to employment legislation and best practice and promoting diversity and inclusion. You will be responsible for the development of attraction strategies (including social, job boards and networking), the employee value proposition, careers website and the end-to-end candidate experience. You will also provide market intelligence to drive key talent outcomes.

You will act as the recruitment champion and specialist, creating a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates and new employees.

The role requires a high level of confidentiality, efficiency, effectiveness, creativity, accuracy and organisation, all to be conducted in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

The skills you have:

• Qualified member of CIPD (desirable)
• Previous experience is essential in either an internal talent role or as an agency recruiter
• Experience of working in a fast-paced business – retail or FMCG environment is desirable.
• Proven success in managing and sourcing a high volume of job requisitions using own initiative.
• An understanding of the candidate experience process and Employee Value Propositions.
• Good understanding of employment legislation surrounding recruitment.
• Great interpersonal skills with an ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills demonstrating the ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload.
• Confident, friendly, and influential personality.
• Good project management skills
• Proven experience in using HRIS
• Proficient in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
