Position Overview
You’ll be joining our innovative product team in building a game-changer Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS platform that empowers global business, HR professionals, and employees with workflow automation, HRIS, relevant and accurate data and insights to ensure compliance and make risk-free decision at speed.

A revolution cannot be done alone, and we need the best and brightest talent to continue our growth into the new modern workplace. We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new Software Engineer, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. You will be joining our Product Development team in shaping a new innovative solution architecture, writing clean code, and designing cloud native features and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and other business partners to understand and refine requirements that drive innovative cloud native B2B SaaS solution architecture, technology, and tools.

• Contribute technically through hands-on feature development, code reviews, technical design documents, debugging operational issues and process streamlining.

• Perform proof-of-concept as needed to determine technology solutions.

• Identify open source and commercial solutions for integration; Define solution API’s and integration with third party systems.

• Participate in security and compliance architecture and implementation to ensure solutions comply with corporate and regulatory policies.

About You

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, computer science, or related technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience with JavaScript or Typescript and have worked with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue). Other scripting languages, Python, PowerShell are a bonus.
• Object-Oriented Analysis and design (SOLID/Design Patterns)– languages such as Java, C#, C++. Knowledge and experience with C# are an advantage.
• Understanding and experience in developing backend services (REST) and hands-on experience on architectural frameworks like SOA/Microservices.
• Understanding of cloud-native application development (microservices, serverless, storage, DevOps). Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Constantly seek out better ways and enjoy learning and adapting quickly to arrive to a solution using new technologies, frameworks and tools.
• Experience operating in an Agile Environment and with CI/CD pipeline driving DevOps best practices within development teams.
